To format HDD, binary digits are used. These are written in Notepad, which is very common text editor. Remove RUN ....

Who wants to delete "RUN" I really don't know why someone could wish to remove RUN from START MENU, but if you're one of them, you can do that, too. REGEDIT HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer Double click on "NoRun" and change "ValueData" from 0 to 1. Close Regedit, and restart computer. Done!!
